General Return Policy:
  • You may return most unopened and unused items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used items, perishable items (coffee beans), or custom-made products.
Specific Exceptions:
  • Coffee Beans: Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on opened or used coffee beans. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your coffee beans, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss a replacement or refund.
  • Coffee Machines: Coffee machines can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if they are unopened and unused. Opened or used coffee machines may be eligible for a partial refund or exchange, depending on the condition of the machine and the reason for return. Please contact us for more information.
  • Gifts: Items purchased as gifts can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a store credit. The recipient of the gift must have the original gift receipt in order to return the item.
Return Process:
  1. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@sophias-coffee-dream.com.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RAN with your return.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 30 business days and issue a refund or store credit as applicable.
